When and where was Guru Hargobind Ji born and who were the parents?
Guru Hargobind Sahib ji prakash and birth happened on 19 June 1595 AD. Guru Hargobind father was Guru Arjan Dev Ji and from the sacred womb of Mata Ganga Ji, He incarnated in this world. Your birth happened in the village of Wadali, district Sri Amritsar Sahib. For this reason, the town of Wadali is called Guru Ki Wadali. When Guru Arjan Dev Ji saw you, He blessed and said, “This child will be a very powerful person.” You live in the household life. Guru Hargobind Sahib Ji had three wives: Mata Damodari Ji, Mata Nanki Ji, and Mata Marvahi Ji. They had six children. Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji was born from the womb of Mata Nanki Ji, and Baba Suraj Mal Ji and Baba Ani Rai Ji were born from the womb of Mata Marvahi Ji.
Guru Hargobind Sahib Ji Training
Guru Hargobind Sahib Ji’s religious and military training was entrusted to Baba Buddha Sahib and Bhai Gurdas Ji in the year 1603 AD. He became skilled and trained weapons master even in childhood. He get the training in the military arts, fencing, hunting, fighting, archery, horse riding, and wrestling. When the child Hargobind Sahib Ji was only eleven years old, his Guru-father Arjan Dev Ji had to go to Lahore and give his martyrdom because of the instructions given by Emperor Jahangir.
